About Us
Tiny Tykes Essentials began in February 2023 after co-founder Jenna Garvin saw a significant gap in resources for babies and young children in the foster care community. She shared her idea with her friend and fellow foster mom, Beth Wenrich, who agreed the need was urgent. Together they formed Tiny Tykes Essentials.

Soon after, Jenna’s mom, Deb, began helping with finances and appointments; Brooke supported marketing and outreach as a board member; and Naomi helped keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
As the requests continued to pour in, we recognized similar needs across the broader community. We expanded to serve families experiencing a range of challenges while keeping our original focus on supporting little ones.
The Ministry
At the heart of Tiny Tykes Essentials is a desire to meet both practical and spiritual needs. Along with essential items, we offer each family a Bible and the opportunity for prayer. Walking with families through difficult seasons in this way is a blessing to our volunteers and central to our mission.

Our Team
Beth Wenrich
Beth Wenrich is the co-founder of Tiny Tykes Essentials. Beth has been married to her husband, Ben, for 28 years, together they’re raising six children and are now proud grandparents of two. She holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and previously worked for many years as an HR Director and Controller before choosing to stay home full-time with her children. Beth oversees all organizational and church requests for TTE.
Beth has carried a lifelong passion for children and foster care. She and Ben served together in kids’ ministry for over 20 years and now lead Crossroads Community Church, where Ben serves as Lead Pastor. Their family continues to stay actively involved in foster care and supporting families in need.
When her friend, Jenna Garvin, shared the idea of helping foster families provide for the children placed in their care, Beth knew she wanted to be part of it. From that vision, Tiny Tykes Essentials was born.
Beth’s heart is to see families of every kind thrive, provide for their children, and create safe, nurturing homes. She’s excited to see how God continues to grow and use TTE to impact lives across the community.
Jenna Garvin
Jenna Garvin is the Co-Founder of Tiny Tykes Essentials. It was her vision for an organization that would provide essential resources for foster families that led to the establishment of TTE.
Jenna runs a marketing business and manages YouTube for a leading entrepreneurship channel and a Houston-based food truck franchise. She uses her marketing and creative skills to oversee the website and marketing efforts for TTE.
Jenna has been married to her husband, Mike, for 20 years, and together they are the proud parents of six children. A few years ago, their family prayed about finding a ministry they could do together. Their passion for helping families in need was realized when they served as a host family with Safe Families for Children and later fostered and adopted their youngest daughter.
It was through those experiences that Jenna recognized the significant need for accessible resources for foster families. Out of that vision, and in partnership with her friend Beth, Tiny Tykes Essentials was born — originally as a small resource closet for foster families — that has since grown into a thriving nonprofit organization seeking to strengthen and support all families in their community.
Deb Stouffer
Deb Stouffer serves as the Community Requests Lead and Accounting Coordinator for Tiny Tykes Essentials. After 18 years as the HR Director for Mechanicsburg School District, Deb brings her organization, compassion, and leadership to the heart of TTE’s mission.
Married to her husband Terry for 42 years, Deb is the proud mom of two daughters and “Gram” to nine wonderful grandchildren. She and Terry both volunteer weekly at TTE—helping with appointments, checking on supplies, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Deb has always had a heart for serving those less fortunate, a value shaped by growing up in a family of eleven children where resources were often limited. Though adoption wasn’t part of her own journey, witnessing her daughter Jenna’s family foster and care for children has been a tremendous blessing.
She attends LCBC Church in Mechanicsburg and stays active in her community through two book clubs, two life groups, volunteering at church, playing pickleball, and traveling with Terry.
Deb’s sweet spirit and passion to serve others make her the perfect lead for all community requests and family interactions at Tiny Tykes Essentials.
Naomi Wenrich
Naomi is married to her husband, Josiah, and together they have a son, Murphy, and a daughter on the way. One of eight sisters, Naomi grew up in a home where faith, family, and serving others were deeply valued. From a young age, she found joy in volunteering in children’s ministry, which naturally led to her attending the PennDel School of Ministry.
Naomi currently serves as the Director of Children’s Ministry at Crossroads Community Church, where she also partners with her husband in leading the youth ministry. Behind the scenes of Tiny Tykes Essentials, she’s the organizational mastermind — overseeing appointment scheduling, managing Planning Center, and keeping everything running smoothly. Naomi’s heart for families and her incredible attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the TTE team.
Brooke Eckert
Brooke Eckert resides in Dillsburg with her husband, Andy, and their four children. Their family is actively involved in sports and community events, and Brooke enjoys staying active through kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Brooke and Andy are loving foster parents with a deep commitment to supporting local families. Her passion for giving back and strengthening the community shines through her involvement with Tiny Tykes Essentials.
Known as the guru of communication and organization, Brooke excels at coordinating mass outreach, raising funds, and crafting months’ worth of social media campaigns in one go. Always ready to lend a hand, she’s most often heard saying, “How can I help?”—a reflection of her generous spirit and dedication. Brooke is truly an invaluable part of the Tiny Tykes Essentials team.
